Will I receive an overview of the publications I have made?

The Media Service does not include checking whether all the media served have published the ad. However, guidle carries out regular spot checks to ensure reliable cooperation with the media.

The Media Monitor provides you with assistance so that you can check the success yourself.

A) Check the Media Monitor

Proceed as follows to access the Media Monitor:

1. Log in to guidle.com or any other portal operated by guidle
2. In the navigation area, click on Account > My ads > Overview
3. Find the ad for which you want to check the distribution
4. Click on the green bar on the right-hand side to open the Media Monitor
   

B) Check publication for online media

The Media Monitor shows the form in which the medium appears for each medium. Online appearances are marked as Website. Clicking on Website takes you to the page on which your ad should be published. Search for your advertisement on this page and make sure that your advertisement has been published correctly.

C) Check publication in other media

For other media, the options vary depending on the form of the medium. For some print media also an electronic version may be available. Otherwise you will have to obtain a printed version. For screens, an on-site visit would be necessary.

D) Reporting a missing publication

If you notice that your advertisement has not been published, please send an e-mail to redaktion@guidle.com with the necessary details so that we can clarify the reasons further.

Please take the following points into account:

1. Depending on the medium, it may be necessary for you to enter your access data in guidle. Check the FAQs on access data
2. Some media publish advertisements within minutes, others within days. Give guidle and the media a few days to place and publish your ad.
3. Experience has shown that searching for a specific advertisement on a website is often a tricky task. Search for your ad using various criteria (date, keywords, location).
